Buzz Buzz … We’re Going on a Bee Hunt!

Storytelling Event in Alexandra Gardens*

See the new Storytelling Chair in Alexandra Gardens and join storyteller Michael Loader for a hum and a buzz and the story of a tireless worker bee looking for early spring nectar. After exploring the park for signs of pollen and early buzzing bees, there will be a telling and singing of an uplifting story of the abundance and generosity of nature – with the bee en route to a honeypot ending.

The event will open with music and singing by Dawn Kelly of Magpie 22.

The children’s play equipment Is funded by the Clevedon BID and other grants, and we are grateful to the BID for supporting this event.

*If weather is wet we will be at Kabbala Yoga Studio, 87 Hill Road.

Michael Loader is a storyteller, writer and workshop leader working with all ages. He works with the Read For Good charity in children’s hospitals, is director of Somerset Storyfest and has storytelling residences with Wild Words at St George’s and Blaise Castle Museum, both in Bristol.
